Shipping & Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

Ceramics and accessories may be returned if unused and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, matcha and other consumable products cannot be returned once opened.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
