Haus of Contemplation x Maria

Poetry Yoga — Yin, Stillness & Spoken Word

We’re slowing the morning down with Maria for a gentle practice where yin yoga meets poetry.

Move slowly through a grounding yin flow, finding stillness in each pose while listening to carefully chosen poems and words. A space to soften, breathe, listen and simply be — allowing movement and poetry to become their own form of contemplation.

Afterwards, stay for a matcha, included in your morning ritual.

🧘 Yin. Poetry. Stillness.
